The NiteIze IQ Switch for AA Mini Maglite torches is easy to install and has five suggested light modes via three power levels:
- 100% light - high power
- 50% light - medium power
- 25% light - low power
- Slow strobe - low power
- Fast strobe - medium power
The NiteIze tailcap has a flashing LED to enable you to locate your AA Mini Maglite in the dark and to prevent accidental drainage of your batteries, they have included an Auto-Off function for the first three light modes. The Auto-off works as follows:
- At 13 minutes the light will flash to signal that it is close to shutting off and prompt you to hit the button to re-activate for another 14.5 minutes.
- At 13.5 minutes the light will flash to signal that it is close to shutting off and prompt you to hit the button to re-activate for another 14.5 minutes.
- At 14 minutes the light will flash again to signal that it is close to shutting off and prompt you to hit the button to re-activate for another 14.5 minutes.
- At 14.5 minutes the light will turn off unless it has been re-activated.
Please note: Replacing the original Maglite tailcap with the NiteIze IQ Switch will void the Mag Instrument Limited Lifetime Warranty covering the AA Mini Maglite Flashlight. If you wish to keep your Maglite warranty valid, please do not purchase and use this product in your Maglite. |
