We believe shopping should be as easy and enjoyable as possible, and our site will now log you in:

  • 100% automatically when you use the remember me on this computer feature,
  • Without a password when you quote a few basic details from a previous order,
  • Or as before, with your email address and password.

Customer feedback now available online (Friday, March 28, 2008)

All along, we've known that our customers are a fantastic bunch, and we've always appreciated how many take the time to tell us about their experience in using our service. On many occasions, a customer has literally "made our day" with the feedback they sent us. Of course we aren't perfect, and we've also tweaked several aspects of how we operate based on constructive suggestions.

After a drawn out debate about the merits of doing so, we've now decided to publish all feedback we receive. We hope that our existing and potential future customers can now form an even better picture of how we operate by looking at our recent customer feedback.

Find things faster with our brand new search function (Monday, February 18, 2008)

We're pleased to announce the implementation of our brand new, completely updated, product search function.

There are loads of new features, all of which mean you can now find what you're looking for even more quickly and easily:

  • multiple words in your search combine using AND logic
  • you can use double quotes (") to enclose a number of words into a phrase, which will only match when all words appear in the order given
  • you can filter on product attributes; e.g. when you include weight<100 in your search, you'll get only those products which weigh less than 100 grammes

This week, we welcome the arrival of Nite-Ize products at Luminoso. Offering LED, colour and switch upgrades to your trusted Maglite torch bulbs, Nite-Ize products will make your Maglite truly versatile.

Nite-Ize also offer a range of safety products. The Nite-Ize 'markers' are all lightweight, flexible, shock resistant and made of reflective material while also offering LED quality lighting. We're stocking the Clip-on, Armband, Velcro and Helmet versions.
